free life-jacket : If a refugee has the possibility to cross the sea with a simple selfmade life jacket his chances will increase to survive the dangerous voyage. With rubber parts of a inner tube and empty water bottles a low cost life jacket can be produced within half an hour. Simply by cutting parts of the inner tube and fold them round the bottles to create a shape with three air compartments for the back and three for the front of the refugee's body. Other parts of the inner tube can be used to fold round the arms. Using less bottles will probably work as well.
